cbdMD uses FedEx shipping for all wholesale orders with shipping methods ranging from ground service to two-day shipping and express shipping. The shipping costs depend on the weight of the order and the recipient's location.

Is cbdMD able to ship wholesale orders to all 50 states?

cbdMD can ship wholesale orders to any street address in all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We cannot ship to places such as Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, or any United States territories outside of the continental area. We also cannot ship wholesale orders to P.O. boxes; we can send your wholesale order to the nearest FedEx Pick-Up location.

Can cbdMD ship wholesale orders outside of the United States?

Currently, cbdMD does not ship outside of the United States.

Can cbdMD ship wholesale orders to military bases?

Can I change my shipping address?

Please contact our customer service at 1-800-910-1925 to confirm if your order is still processing or has been shipped. If it’s already shipped, we recommend using FedEx Delivery Manager to change the shipping address and re-route your order.

The confirmation email for your wholesale order will include a serial order number; you can use this number to track your order through FedEx Tracking.

Can my wholesale order be shipped through the weekend?

FedEx will only deliver on business days and Saturdays; they do not offer shipping services on Sundays or holidays.

How soon can cbdMD ship my wholesale order?

Because of the size of your wholesale order, and the increase in frequency of other orders, please allow cbdMD two to five business days to process and review your wholesale order after it’s been submitted.
